License To Worship

The OPENWORSHIP.NET LICENSE TO WORSHIP is a work in progress. Currently I am attempting to base it on some existing public software licenses, all of which are available at www.opensource.org.

1. The first attempt was based on the GNU General Public License, but now I'm wondering if that license is overkill.
2. The second attempt is based on the simpler Artistic License, and might suit our purposes better.
3. Another angle is the BSD License, which is even simpler.

Read over my work, and if you have ideas or comments,
please post them on the Message Board. We could really use some legal advice here. All of these licenses refer to the absence of a warranty. Do you think it is good or just silly to leave in those clauses?
